What’s the Role?
Due to our high growth phase, we are looking to recruit a Customer Success Account Manager to join our Sales Team. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management and be responsible for providing a top rate post-sales account management service to our customer base. The key objective is managing our existing customers to achieve our target growth. The migration of customers onto our new contract by the end of 2020 is also a key objective of the role. The candidate will also require excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work under an agile methodology are important for this role.
